LG has announced that they intend to have their Android tablet offering out no later than Q4 this year, They confirmed it will be branded as part of their “Optimus” line of Android phones. Good news for those of us looking for a Android tablet. No specs have been released at this point. They also don’t mention where the tablet will be released, If it will be worldwide or only in Korea. Judging by what LG is doing with the Optimus line of phones I would suspect Android 2.1+ and a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor running 1GHz or higher.
